If our client chooses to use our design/building team for construction, the in-house design process allows direct communication with the contractor and engineer to insure the end product meets the expectations of our clients and minimizes changes during the construction process.

Unico Design/Build, Inc. has partnered with Astra Engineering LLC to provide in-house engineering services. Astra Engineering LLC was established in 2006 and brings over 30 years of design experience to the partnership. The company has performed structural engineering design on hundreds of commercial, industrial and residential projects. Building sizes have ranged from small additions to metal buildings in excess of 150,000 square feet. Astra Engineering LLC takes pride in providing cost effective design services with a focus on value engineering.
